In accordance with federal and state laws, including Title IX, NFCC does not discriminate in any of its programs and activities on the basis of age, color, gender, sex, religion, ethnicity, national origin, race, marital status, genetic information, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by law. The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (20 USC §1092)(“Clery Act”), as amended by the 2013 Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (“VAWA”), requires that North Florida Community College (“NFCC”) prepare and publish an annual security report each year containing information related to crimes and certain offenses. NFCC’s Annual Security Report includes statistics for crimes and certain offenses that occur in buildings and property that are part of NFCC’s campus, NFCC’s noncampus buildings and property, and public property within or immediately adjacent to and accessible from NFCC’s campus.
